The Importance of Exercise as We Age
One out of every three adults age 65 and older will fall. Ninety-five percent of hip fractures are caused by falls. Loss of balance is due to muscle atrophy. Our senior exercise programs have been helping people stay vertical since 2005.
We are now following CDC Guidelines. Class sizes have been reduced to maximum of 6 people per session with social distancing. Only two people are in the gym during private sessions. Call 561-495-8101 to schedule an appointment.

Increase your strength, balance, agility and flexibility
The leading cause for seniors to lose their balance is muscle atrophy (decrease in muscle strength). Lifting weights is a great way to build back muscle strength.
